We Met
We met through a an app we were both slightly forced to go on called DilMil (search it up, largely would not recommend). I knew I had to go on a date when I saw his profile had pictures of 5 different people (was just old pictures of him from all different angles), and I knew I had to investigate what he actually looked like. The answer: way better than any of the photos on the app. Turns out, we both are huge fans of The Office, hate zucchini but had zucchini fries on our first date, have 2 brothers, and love tiramisu. Andd…here we are today 🙂 Â
We Fell In Love

He Proposed
I woke up hearing “Bhaw” on May 19th, 2023 and barely opened my eyes to see Srishti standing in my room and handing me a letter from Dil telling me to get ready. Srish got me ready that day as I slowly registered that today was the beginning. I was blindfolded (we stopped at a lovely gas station haha) and I saw Dil standing there and proposed with a beautiful ring. Immediately after, I was given a thorough breakdown of all the components of a ring and what ring shopping entails (he’s more knowledgeable than me about rings now).Â
